Squadron looks Friday banker

It's been a lean time and we hope to get the weekend of the to the ideal start with a winner or 3.
Good racing at Sandown this afternoon and we have opted for SQUADRON (2.05) as our Nap of the day. He was a course and distance winner on his debut round here and finished third behind Triumph favourite Frankochek last time out and is a general 2/1 shot.
THE DARK LORD (DB) (1.25) run home an easy winner at Fakenham last time out and looks the one they have to beat in the opener at the same track - he trades around 11/4.
Our Friday treble is made up PERFECT STORM (1.45 Lingfield) who looks to the best form in the race and the best jockey and is best priced 4/1.

the rest is up to you!

Right here's my horse tips for today, todays tips are dedicated to the royal girls who will be cold turkeying over the weekend because they can't get a drink!!

My NAP today is CRACK AWAY JACK in the 2.05 at Sandown. From the in-form Emma Lavelle yard he ran well to finish 3rd in a hot Ascot race last time ridden by Ruby Walsh. He is a hold up horse and he has the best hold up jockey on board today, Timmy Murphy.

My NB is PUNCHESTOWNS in the 3.45 at Sandown. A first time out for the red hot Henderson-Fitzgerald partnership this French import is sure to have been well schooled and should take all the beating.

Also, KAUTO STAR runs at Ascot tomorrow and bar any incidents he looks home and hosed but I reckon VODKA BLEU at around 25/1 is great each-way value.

Two winners from 3 selections yesterday - filled my boots with Sportivio at 5/1 won 9/2.
On to the action and the top weighted Without A Doubt will take some pegging back in the 2.35 while over at Lingfield Westport looks a nice bet in the 4.30 race.

Virtual Jockey Tony Devlin only has three mounts today at Portman Park. Wonkey Donkey 5.37, Lost Epic 8.15 and Bear Island 8.30. Lately these horses have failed to impress due to the excess weight of their Jockey but recently Tony has been spotted out on his bike and in the handball court and he looks to be back at the weight when he ruled supreme in the Beechmount 5 a side hall. Get on the Trixie tonight.

Tony Devlin is the best and fittest jockey at Portman Pk by a country mile.
- this handball, gaelic and soccer playing fitness fanatic is at the top of his game and he rides virtual horses as hobby - get on his selections as I just seen him coming out of Aldos with just the two burgers instead of his usual 4

My NB PUNCHESTOWNS just won the 3.45 @ 11/8. I had him @ 5/2 in McGranaghans.

That's an 11/4 and 5/2 double today, hope the Royal Girls got their money back.

4 Horses to back today.....

JOE LIVELY - 1.15 @ Ascot. Often front runs, tough as teak, stays all day and will be hard to beat.

BACKBOARD - 1.50 @ Ascot. Won a very good race in style at Doncaster last time out and the 4lb penalty should not stop him.

VODKA BLEU (Each-Way) - 2.25 Ascot. Will not beat Kauto Star if he stands up but could run into a place at decent price.

SUPER FOREMAN - 2.20 Uttoxeter. From the in-form Nicholls yard with a very good 10lb claimer on board, should run a big race.
