LOGANS RUN in the first at Musselburgh was my nap but Middelton Dene (the odds on paper fav and top weight) is now a non-runner so I can see Logans Run starting a very short fav. This is his first run over hurdles and it's his first run for the Howard-Johnson - Graham Wylie team after being purchased from Jim Crowley's yard in Ireland.

I like the look of CAN'T BUY TIME in the first at Leicester.

Watched Logans Run run a good second to Life For Rent at Galway and he looks an above average horse in this race.
RVH Girls, hangin in there - a winner is due!

1-3 on Logans Run - unbackable!

Yeah I thought Logans Run would be very short, although I was thinking more along the lines of Evs at worst. If Middelton Dene had have stayed in the race you would have got around 9/4 Logans Run.

5/1 with Grahams - is it a tip Yid?

Anonymous said...

Yes it is a tip. A fella I used to work with who comes from Armagh is friendly with one of the owners.

I got 11/2 in Grahams Castle St. about 10mins ago!!

It's 9/2 from 8's with McGranaghans
It's 5/1 from 11/2 with Eastwoods

LUGATO does prefer good ground and the official going at Fairyhouse is soft with heavy places but the info I have received is that today is the day.
Ruby takes the ride which probably took a point or two of the horses price alone!!

got 5s at PP - here's hoping!

LOGANS RUN dead-heated the first race at Musselburgh with a 14/1 shot. He was sent off the 4/11 fav!!!

4/11 was an unbackable price but, correct me if I'm wrong, does the fact that he dead-heated make him around about a 2/11 winner now????

Ruby Walsh won the 1st and 2nd race, he had no ride in the 3rd race and he's just won the 4th race on the 8/13 fav Fiveforthree!!!!!

He's on LUGATO next, what are the chances?????

9.20 at kempton....wee charlie castle.....not that i was looking over his shoulder or nothing but when a well known solicitor in his pin striped suit danders into bookies in town at lunchtime flashing a few grand in fresh crispy £100 notes you cannot help having a peak.

What a poor ride from Ruby on LUGATO. Sat him well off the pace and finished really strongly to take 2nd. Typical after he rides a treble!!!

Anonymous said...

was never going to make the trip.ground did not suit.all the commentators said the same thing.

You obviously didn't watch the race! It was beaten by 4 1/2 lengths and was staying on strongly. Ruby Walsh sat him way off the pace and at one stage he must have been 20 lengths away from the leader. For a horse that doesn't like soft ground I thought itwas a good performance but he should have been ridden more handier!
Can't win them all mate, I was just passing on what I was told! Some people think because they get a tip that it must win!!

Anonymous said...

sorry yid, we were just going by your statement earlier "it won't be beaten"

If you're watching your pennys pal then you shouldn't be gambling!!

If you can't play with the big boys then don't play at all. Stick to doing the lottery!!
